Why You'd Love This Home/Office!

Ideal location close to ocean, redwood forest, vineyards and San Francisco.

The upstairs deck looks over land that is a meadow in the summer and a pond in the winter. Lots of wildlife.

Quiet, beautiful location, walking distance to downtown Sebastopol.

Home & Office Description

Home is just outside of the lovely West County wine country community of Sebastopol. Sweet, sweet spot with a deck that overlooks a meadow! These days, the "office" is the dining room table, but totally works for me. There's a small wood file cabinet with office supplies and space for files + a printer in the garage that you can bring in and use as needed.

Why You'd Love This Area!

Calm atmosphere filled with people who care. Adorable Apple Blossom & Apple Harvest

TONS of great restaurants in the area - foodie heaven!

Within 20 minutes, you can be at the coast, the river, the redwood forest. And Wine Country is all around you.

Community Description

Sebastopol is a funky, quirky blend of Wine Country meets hippie meets farmer meets Internet entrepreneur meets foodie. It used to be the apple capital for Gravenstein apples; still a lot of orchards, but many more vineyards now. You can find and do everything you need here without once getting on a highway (a rarity in California). Plus it's only 45-60 minutes from San Francisco.
